The 38th Annual AIA Austin Homes Tour is one of Austin’s premiere fall events. Held October 26-27, 2024 (10 a.m.-6 p.m. both days), the self-guided tour showcases both new builds and newly renovated homes designed by local, best-in-field architects.

The map in the booklet includes an official Tour break stop where you can get coffee or drinks and snacks during the Tour!

TOUR RULES
No shoes*. No bare feet*. No photos. No food or drinks (including water). No strollers. No smoking on the property. Please leave pets at home. Respect the homeowners: don’t open closed doors or cabinets or go into restricted areas. No public restrooms. Tour is rain or shine. No refunds, but tickets are transferrable.
*Disposable booties will be provided at each home to cover your feet as you enter the homes. You are encouraged to wear socks instead or reuse your booties at each home as long as they remain in good condition. This preserves the beautiful floors in the homes as thousands of feet walk through. If shoes are absolutely necessary for you because of a medical condition or mobility issue, please make sure the soles of your shoes are free from mud and debris and place booties over your shoes as you enter the homes.
