The Homes Tour wristband that gains non-transferable entry for one individual to each of the nine featured houses on the 2024 AIA Austin Homes Tour. Wristbands are non-transferable. If your wristband is damaged, present it to a Homes Tour Greeter for an exchange. Pick up your wristband at any house when you check in or at the AIA Austin office at 801 W. 12th St.
No shoes or bare feet in the homes. You’ll need to remove your shoes at each house, so plan your footwear accordingly. Socks or booties must be worn. Booties will be provided. We encourage you to reuse your booties at each house and to recycle them when you have finished the tour.
Children over the age of 10 years will be charged full price. Please ensure that all children are escorted and supervised at all times.
No cameras or camera phones are allowed in the Tour homes. No photographs are to be taken inside the Tour homes. Anyone taking photos on the property or in the Tour homes will risk surrender of their ticket.
Because these are private homes, special accommodations may not be possible. Please check the Homes Tour booklet for information about which homes are accessible.
This is a self-driving tour. Parking rules will be apparent at the houses, so please be respectful of signs and parking attendants as you proceed on the tour.
The tour will take place rain or shine. All sales are final.
