Mid-Level Interior Designer (3-5 Years Experience)
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the design team to develop and execute creative and functional interior design solutions.
• Manage all phases of the design process, from initial concepts to 3D modeling and construction administration.
• Utilize strong design skills and proficiency in drafting software (3D software a plus) to create high-quality presentations and documentation.
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and materials.
• Effectively communicate design ideas to clients and collaborate with project teams.

Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in interior design, preferably within an architecture or design firm setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D design software (Sketchup, ArchiCad experience is a big plus).
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

Project Architect (3-5 Years Experience)
DCA is seeking a talented Mid-Level Project Architect to join our team. You’ll work collaboratively with a multi-person team to lead design efforts on a variety of residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and contribute to the design process across all phases, from initial concepts to construction administration.
• Develop and maintain detailed architectural documents (drawings, elevations, sections, details) utilizing ArchiCad (very similar to Revit).
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure project success.
• Oversee project budgets and timelines.

Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in architectural design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited university.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Revit/ArchiCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of U.S. architectural building systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
