The original single-story house on the site was a classic 1950s ranch house with a long, horizontal roofline.
The owners purchased the home for their growing family and brought on an architect for a remodel and addition that they hoped would pay homage to the original home that they had fallen in love with.
The outcome is a modern home reimagined: plenty of space for a family of five in an open and livable environment that pays respect to the home’s 1950s past.
