We work on challenging complex projects which include: major medical and research centers, senior housing projects, campus planning, higher education facilities, national historic preservation projects, national cemeteries, and national defense security facilities. Our clients include: major universities, state governments, federal agencies, and private corporations.
Our Austin Office is seeking a Senior Project Architect.
QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:
- A proven ability to manage multiple projects
- Coordinate and direct liaison with the client groups and the full project design team.
- Project management: managing personnel, maintaining project schedules, and budgets.
- Execute multiple projects from initial marketing through the final construction close out.
- Assist and mentor intern architects
- In depth experience in all phases of Project Construction Administration
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as project manager
- Licensed Architect, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Experience with BIM, AutoCAD, REVIT, Sketchup, MS Project, Newforma
- Electronic Project Delivery systems
- Membership in professional committees is a plus
- Have or will secure LEED CA or AP accreditation within six months of joining Firm
As a Federal contractor, US Citizenship is required which will include background checks.
