Studio8 Architects is seeking a licensed, senior-level interior designer with 15-20 years of experience to join our Austin or San Antonio team. Candidates are expected to have the following credentials:
- Skillful in all aspects of commercial interior design
- Proficient knowledge of all phases of design and construction
- Excellent project management skills and communication skills with the ability to effectively lead entire project teams
- Client-focused mentality
- Collaborative and a good team player with a positive attitude
- Adept at inspiring, mentoring and directing junior designers
- Skilled designer with capability to deliver consistent quality design
- Aptitude for business and skilled in writing contracts, establishing budgets and scheduling projects
- Participate in Studio8 external and internal messaging
- Experience in marketing and implementation of market strategies
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and other design software is a plus
- Licensure is a must
- LEED experience is a plus
