Job Summary

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of multiple high-end residential construction projects. You will oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution while ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented leader with a strong background in residential custom construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution: Oversee all phases of custom home construction, from pre-construction through final delivery.
  • Budget & Cost Control: Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Create and maintain project timelines, coordinating subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and clients.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and ensuring their vision is executed.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure construction meets design specifications, building codes, and high-quality craftsmanship standards.
  • Subcontractor & Vendor Management: Hire, negotiate contracts, and supervise subcontractors and vendors.
  • Permitting & Compliance: Secure necessary permits and ensure compliance with local regulations and safety codes.
  • Problem Solving: Address on-site challenges, resolve conflicts, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Safety Oversight: Enforce OSHA and company safety policies, ensuring a safe work environment.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain project records, track progress, and prepare status reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in residential custom home construction management.
  • Proven ability to manage high-end custom home projects from design through completion.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and luxury finishes.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, blueprints, and contracts.
  • Strong communication and client management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
