Who we are:

  • Nationally recognized planners and designers of public and academic libraries.
  • We specialize in listening to and collaborating with libraries to transform and enhance how they make their communities a better place.
  • Our projects utilize out of the box creative solutions and problem solving, for a diverse range of clients, at big and small scales, creating buildings that fit their respective communities like a glove.
  • Check out our website for more information about who we are and what we do:  About Us | 720 Design

  • A collaborator who thrives on turning big ideas into real places.
  • A technically proficient self-starter capable of taking responsibility of various aspects of a project.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead architectural projects through all phases from community engagement to punch list.
  • Ensure the community needs are met, maintain design integrity and aesthetic quality.
  • Manage and collaborate with internal teams and external consultants.
  • Oversee technical quality, code compliance, and coordination with regulatory agencies.
  • Produce and manage high-quality construction documents.
  • Provide construction administration services.
  • Assist in developing project budgets and schedules.

What you bring:

  • Professional degree in Architecture and active licensure (or working towards).
  • Proven experience in project design, technical detailing, and coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, construction documents, and construction administration.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and related tools.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects while maintaining high design and technical standards.

What we offer:
If you’re looking for a unique, flexible work opportunity that allows you to help shape your own role while working remotely—yet still enjoy meaningful, face-to-face time with clients and our team—this may be the perfect fit. Based in Texas and Colorado, our small but mighty team is growing, as is our portfolio of exciting projects in Texas, Louisiana, Florida, North Carolina, and across the country. We offer competitive salaries, benefits, and the chance to grow into a firm leader while advancing our reputation as experts in library design and impacting communities across the country.

This is more than a job—it’s a chance to help define the next chapter of 720 design!
