Project Designer
About the Role
At Framework Architects, every project is a partnership, and we sit at the intersection between the client and contractor, an important role to help the entire team achieve the client’s vision. We’re seeking a motivated project designer with 0-2 years of experience to join our team. You’ll work on various project phases from concept design through construction documentation, collaborating with senior architects and external project teams. Our values are exhibited in everything we do every day – provide unrelenting service, leadership, and building relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Develop design concepts and design development drawings using Revit
- Create 3D models and renderings to communicate design ideas
- Assist in preparing construction documents and specifications
- Communicate between design teams, owners, and contractors
What You Bring
- 0-2+ years of experience in architecture or related fields (includes design experience obtained while in school)
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Basic understanding of construction methods, building codes, and permitting
- Proficiency with BIM tools (Revit preferred)
- Professional degree in architecture
