This Job: Project Coordinator

Project Coordinators work closely with Project Leaders during all phases of design development, and are responsible for the oversight, production and delivery of the Instruments of Service, Management of the QA/QC process, and consultant coordination. This role will require you to have demonstrated proficiency in the development of impeccable documents and upholding a design imperative. Successful candidates will have at least 8 years of professional experience, strong technical and organizational ability, strong verbal presentation skills, a mentorship mindset, and commitment to collaborative design exploration. Experience in large scale mixed use, high-rise, office or hotel projects is preferred, but not required. Licensure is preferred.

Software: BIM / Revit or ArchiCAD experience is required. Familiarity with digital fabrication methods and environmental analysis tools are preferred but not required.
