The Opportunity
As our firm continues to grow, we’re excited to add a Project Coordinator to our in-office team. This role is ideal for an early-career architect or emerging professional who wants hands-on experience supporting residential or commercial projects while learning the full lifecycle of design and construction in a collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Support residential or commercial projects from design development through construction
- Assist with the preparation of construction documents and drawing sets
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and vendors
- Help track project schedules, deliverables, and deadlines
- Participate in design discussions, reviews, and problem-solving
- Learn best practices for project coordination and client communication
What We’re Looking For
- Accredited professional degree in Architecture
- 2–3 years of experience in an architecture firm
- Proficiency in Revit (required)
- Working knowledge of construction documents and drawing standards
- Familiarity with AutoCAD (beneficial)
- Experience with SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-first mindset
