We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Architect with 3-5 years of professional experience to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly creative, self motivated, and goal oriented mid-level Project Designer to join a collaborative and passionate firm. You will work closely with small design teams on all aspects of design and project management. We are looking for someone eager to continue learning and growing within our firm.
This is a full-time, onsite position.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Manage and contribute to the design process across all phases, from initial concepts to construction administration.
- Develop and maintain detailed architectural documents (drawings, elevations, sections, details) utilizing ArchiCad (very similar to Revit)
- Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure project success.
- Oversee project budgets and timelines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years of experience in architectural design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited university.
- Proficiency in Revit/ArchiCAD and Sketchup.
- Strong understanding of U.S. architectural building systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
