We are currently seeking a Project Architect with the experience to manage their own projects in collaboration with our team of creative Architectural and Interior Designers. The right person will be:
- Creative and logical, continually considering the future implications of choices, actions, and decisions

- Someone who knows their resources and how to use them but also knows when and how to reach out for assistance

Minimum Qualifications:
- A Professional Degree in Architecture; an interest or experience in Interior Design is a plus
- 5-10 years of design firm experience, including Project Management throughout all phases of a project
- Architectural registration is required
- High-Level, technical understanding of Revit, including family creation, modeling, and documentation within firm standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Experience with managing medium-sized projects from schematic design through construction administration
- Working knowledge of various building types and proficiency with construction detailing
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to understand the relationship and coordination required between drawings created by various project team members with the ability to check all work for accuracy and completeness
- Experience working closely with clients and developers to document ideas, concepts, and design visions
- Maintains and ensures good communication with clients, developers, and team members
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience in collaborating with consulting engineers
- Proficient understanding of IBC and ADA standards
- An interest in working on both Architectural and Interior aspects of a project.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Advanced experience in Construction Administration; responsible for facilitating project communication between the construction team, design team, and owner/developer to ensure the design intent is achieved
- Takes special joy in planning and creating a well thought out, quality set of Construction Documents
- Excellent ability to communicate and work effectively with a variety of external clientele; a persuasive negotiator able to achieve consensus amongst differing opinions
Responsibilities:
- Modeling and drafting in Revit with efficient precision; adhering to drawing standards
- Assist the Design Principal in the development of Schematic Designs and ensure the design continues to develop in line with the conceptual vision, code requirements, client expectations, and project budget through the completion of construction administration
- Assist with and document site visits, submittals, substitution requests, and RFI’s during construction.
- Manage project schedules, teams, tasks, consultants, clients, and building and permitting officials, for multiple projects with varying timelines to meet project goals
- Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to follow a task to completion
