On June 1, 2026, Mark Odom Studio officially transitioned to the Cline brand as part of Cline’s growing national design platform. Clients will continue working with the same Austin-based team while gaining access to expanded interdisciplinary resources across architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, planning, branding, and FF&E procurement. We partner with clients to shape places people truly experience—homes, neighborhoods, communities, and workplaces that feel intentional, human, and rooted in purpose.

We’re always looking for curious, collaborative teammates: people who communicate clearly, take pride in craft, and believe the best ideas get better when disciplines work side-by-side. If you’re drawn to thoughtful design, strong relationships, and a culture that supports growth (and celebrates wins along the way), we’d love to connect.

Our Austin office is seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our busy, growing team. We are particularly interested in candidates who feel that they have outgrown their current position and are looking for a higher level of responsibility and independence, and are excited to join a firm where they are supported and encouraged to grow.
