Job Title: Architectural Designer

From custom residences to forward-thinking commercial developments, our work reflects a passion for design that serves people and the planet. We’re looking for a creative and driven Architectural Designer to join our collaborative team and contribute to a range of exciting projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the design process from concept through construction documentation.
  • Create detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, and high-quality renderings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related software.
  • Collaborate closely with senior designers and project managers to refine designs and ensure project feasibility.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, offering design insights and creative input.
  • Research materials, building codes, and construction methods to support design development.
  • Assist with preparing construction drawings, specifications, and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • 0–5 years of experience in architectural design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong design sensibility and visualization skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Basic knowledge of building codes, ADA, and zoning regulations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
