COX DESIGN ASSOCIATES has provided award winning design services for over 30 years in all regions of the US. We specialize in working with our clients in collaboration to achieve Outstanding facilities and Environments.
- We have offices in Austin, Chicago, and Denver and are currently working on projects in twelve states from the Midwest to the West Coast.
- We work on challenging complex projects which include: Federal and State Complexes, Major Medical and Research Centers, Senior Housing Projects, Campus and Base Planning, Universities and Higher Education
- Facilities, National Historic Preservation Projects, and Master Planning.
QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:
- A proven ability to work on multiple projects in a Team setting.
- Coordinate with client groups and the full project team.
- Provide Project Management Leadership.
- Carry multiple projects from initial Marketing through Programming / Planning, Design, and the Final Construction close out.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Experience with Revit, BIM 360, AutoCAD, MS Project, SketchUP , Enscape
- Membership in professional committees is a plus
- Have or will secure LEED CA or AP accreditation within six months of joining Firm
- As a Federal contractor, US Citizenship is required which will include background checks.
