I’ve spent 24 years in the lighting industry, beginning my career at Lutron as an outside salesperson for over 11 years. After that, I transitioned to a decorative lighting company, working on residential projects and lighting showrooms. My passion for the design aspect of the business has always driven me, and I was eager to expand into commercial projects. I joined Bell and McCoy in September, and I’m truly enjoying the experience so far.

Role: Ketra Experience Manager/Sales Advisor
started working at Lutron in 2020 on the Automated Shades side of the business. It was the first product category of Lutron’s that I grew to love VERY MUCH…little did I know how exciting the full Luxury Residential Portfolio would be! In 2022, I stepped into a sales role on the LuxResi side managing accounts throughout the North Central region where I got to work closely with my beloved rep agencies to establish and grow AV integrators. Throughout my time at Lutron, I have relocated from Eastern Pennsylvania to Austin, Texas (KETRA Headquarters). More recently, the opportunity of managing our Ketra Experience center fell into my lap. I love hosting dealers, specifiers, contractors, and homeowner into the center. I coordinate and host visits where I take visitors through an immersive Ketra lighting experience that provides the ability to see and feel the amazing quality and versatility of what the most natural and beautiful LED light fixtures can do for them and their clients!
