Limbacher & Godfrey Architects is an award-winning architecture, planning and historic preservation firm created by Laurie Limbacher and Alfred Godfrey, who together bring over 70 years of experience to their projects. The firm was begun in 1995 and has worked on public projects of iconic significance as well as buildings and settings of historic importance throughout Texas.

Limbacher & Godfrey Architects is a woman-owned business. The firm maintains minority business certification with the State of Texas as a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) and with the City of Austin as a Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE). The firm is a Texas Corporation.

Laurie Limbacher and Alfred Godfrey are both registered Architects and Interior Designers in the State of Texas. Their work has received numerous awards at the local, regional and national levels. They have been married to each other for 30 years.
