Rodenberg Design is a full service studio that focuses on design driven residential work. We are committed to creating work that i s timeless, functional and thoughtful.
We are currently looking for a good, young project manager to join our team, with 2+ years of residential experience. We hope to find an energetic person who has a good eye and could take on some responsibility fairly quickly. If that sounds like you, please reach out.
Position: The position entails working with a partner and independently on both custom and speculative residential projects. Responsibilities i nclude assisting with design, construction documents, materials research, specifications, field visits, etc. Great opportunity to take on tons of responsibility and get designs built.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ year of professional experience in residential architecture
- Ability to take schematic designs through to CD set level
- Exceptional architectural design skill
- Extensive knowledge of architectural documentation and COA residential building codes.
- Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe
- Strong communication and presentation skills
