23rd Annual Homes Tour
This year’s tour offers the public a “sneak peak” at an exciting group of ten homes designed by architect members of AIA Austin for real clients representing a wide range of client lifestyles. The featured firms have demonstrated the abilities of an architect to translate the needs, the lifestyles, interests and the dreams of the client into a beautiful solution! In addition, AIA Austin is pleased to also show off the work of two of its Emerging Talents – members who are working toward their licensure, and demonstrating talent that show great promise. Great new products, finishes, furnishings and design techniques will be highlighted as well as showing just how important the team approach is to the design and construction.
The visitor will tour one-of-a-kind homes designed by emerging and noteworthy Central Texas design talent such as Nine Square Studio and Barron Custom Design and new architects to the tour Studio R, Studio Robins Dempsey, Seaux-Pierce Architects, Anthony Alofsin, AIA and Lamme & Misi Urban Studio. Returning this year with new work are some of Austin’s most well known residential firms - Alterstudio, Clayton Levy Little Architects, Hugh Jefferson Randolph Architects, CGA Partners, and Canada + Associates. Several of the architects and designers will allow you a look at their own homes. Click here for more information about the Tour.
